NYCDA first hit the road in the Fall of 1994. The first season consisted of 10 Regional cities, culminating in the first National Season Finale! - July 1995. We have definitely created our own history!

The best part of NYCDA is the incredible sense of ‘family’....at every level. There is always a feeling of support amongst teachers, dancers and parents. Everyone is genuinely excited to celebrate each other’s talents and applaud each other’s growth and success!

In 2005, we launched our sister company Onstage NY, at the request of many NYCDA attendees. It is NYC’s ultimate talent search and competition – always kid-friendly, fairly judged, professionally run and FUN!

Lanteri NY is our designer dancewear - created by dancers, for dancers! Shorts to tops, pants to biketards - there is an incredible assortment of styles and colors available in youth and adult sizes. All made in the USA.
